With permission we record respondents in the “moment” as well as capturing video vignettes of what they say, how the feel and how they want to be seen. During research this maybe

- Reactions to a product/service experience
- Offering opinions on hot topics
- Subconsciously demonstrating their established typology
We find respondents are not shy, they like to get involved and provide savvy content
We sometimes task respondents to conduct personal ethnography - capturing experiences, observations and in-the-moment selfies. This helps explore:
- Pantry checks
- Product usage, storage and experiences
- The context of product occasions
- Shopping journeys
